|Recommended: YesHappy with my Double Stack — I like everything about the Reach so far. The maintenance has been very responsive and everything is as advertised.
If I had to pick something, other than parking, that was an issue it would be the internet. The connection is GREAT, but not being able to handle my own router settings is less than ideal. Adding certain devices to my network has been impossible so I have had to make about half of my apartment wired. It is a small issue in an otherwise outstanding rental experience.
|Recommended: YesClean, Captivating, Welcoming, Safe Irresistible — It's a great location if you're just moving to Columbus and want the best experience possible The quality of the appliances is amazing, parking is super simple, and the traffic construction outside has a lot of bark and no bite. It may look like there's a lot going on, but nothing that affects us as renters with traffic, parking, or noise.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live but parking isn't great — The reach is great to live at but all the residents should be able to park in the garage or near their apartment instead of the back lot. No one should be towed.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I have an overall great impression of this apartment. My only complaint is the trash setup. It is quite inconvenient to have to have to go all the way to the main level everyday or every other day to get rid of your trash.
|Recommended: YesLocation is awesome and great amenities — Absolutely it's a great place to live. Location is perfect and it has everything you need. I really like my apartment layout too.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to call Home — Living here has been nothing short of excellent. I moved in a month ago and can truly say I have loved every moment. The staff here has always made me feel like a part of the community even when I was just shopping around. I enjoy all of the amenities and actually use them every day since they are so nice and well kept. I have told all of my friends to look into moving here after they graduate college
|Recommended: YesLove Living here. Great Location and Staff. — The amenities and location are great, but can't say enough about the Staff. We have had a few problems to get worked out and they have made sure we were taken care of. Always greeted with a smiling face
|Recommended: YesI love living at The Reach — The Reach on Goodale is a beautiful, new complex. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, the fixtures are gorgeous and communication is clear and timely. I could not recommend The Reach enough

|Recommended: YesUpdated and Fantastic — I really enjoy living at The Reach. The apartments themselves are very nice and updated. The location is centralized and close to a lot within Columbus. The neighbors are courteous and we've had zero issues. We've also not had any issues or noise complaints with the nearby construction. It's been a non factor for us
